the arch moulded top surmounted by a flame and plume finial, over a floral champleve enamel front panel set with a Roman numeral dial with two winding holes, the side panels similarly decorated, the corners marked with ring turned and foliate cast columns with pointed finials, on a square base and flattened lobe feet, the works inscribed CHles Mt.
