the top of serpentine outline decorated with birds and foliage around a flower-filled urn, the interior inlaid with playing card motifs and counter wells, the floral inlaid frieze on slender cabriole legs ending in pointed pad feet carved with stylised shoes, the rear with four legs, the two central legs attached to a draw-out rest with voided interior
