Footnote
Note: this design of dish originated at the Chelsea porcelain factory and was produced by Worcester from the 1750s. In the 19th century the pattern was named after the Earl of Coventry who lost his sight in a riding accident. He ordered a service in this pattern so that he could feel the raised decoration.
