of baluster form, the stylised flower bud finial above pierced gilt cover with moulded tassel decoration, above scroll and floral decorated border, the lid decorated with gilt on a cream ground, the body with moulded gilt rope decoration on a cream ground and foliate frieze above painted bold rose decoration, signed Sedgley, the gilt flaring foot with moulded foliate and flower decoration, puce printed mark, date code for 1929 and number 2048 (3)
