of double cylinder form, the scrolling handle above two circular covers, united by a gilt ball, the body with bands of moulded stylised foliage in white on pale green and black ground, the two cylinders conjoined by a griffin with a gilt loop in its beak, standing on a Chinese style mythical beast to each side, impressed mark and number 1624
