Description
in the 17th century style, the twin train movement with anchor escapement striking on a bell, the brass dial with silvered Roman chapter ring and subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture and with cast cherubs mask spandrels, the deeply moulded stepped cornice with turned finials flanked by barley twist columns, the trunk with lenticle, the base with projecting cornice and plinth, raised above turned bun feet
