the French twin train movement, with circular brass dial inlaid with enamelled Roman chapters, enclosed within cylinder case, raised on a fluted column set with fruit garlands and enclosed by two female figures, holding aloft a basket surmounted by a putto holding a flaming torch, the whole raised on a moulded base with paw feet
