Note: These plans are for St Mary's Church, an Anglican church in Fore Street, Upper Edmonton, Middlesex designed by Butterfield and consecrated in 1884. The church was built in red brick with stone dressings and consisted of nave, north and south aisles, and chancel but was demolished in 1957. Butterfield's sister Anne married Benjamin Starey in 1838. His family had connections with High Churchmen which may have been an influence on Butterfield as he was drawn more closely into the Starey family and theirsocial circle.
