Note: Bernard Moore first joined his father's pottery firm in 1865, and then took over the firm two years later upon his father's death. His brother Samuel then joined the firm and from 1873- 1905 they were trading in London as the Moore Bros. The firm was sold to T.C. Wild in 1905 and Moore moved to premises on Wolfe Street where he worked as a Consultant Potter and created pieces with spectacular glazes until his death in 1935.
