Footnote
Note: These unique plates were prototypes to the final series produced by Wedgwood in the late 1960s on at the instigation of Lord Queensberry, professor of ceramics at the Royal College of Art at the time. The designs are derived from one of Paolozzis screen prints and a series of prototype options were produced from which 6 production pieces were selected. The plates offered here are one-off trial prototypes and the fact that not all of them were included in the final series makes them unique.
