This one-off event was timed to coincide with the first Cartier exhibition in the UK in almost 30 years at the Victoria &amp; Albert Museum in London.This dedicated Cartier auction included exceptional examples from the start of the 20th century, rare Art Deco pieces including a 5.08 carat diamond ring from Cartier New York, highly collectable watches and time pieces as well as Cartier’s more wide reaching offerings including Love bangles, Trinity rings, and Amulette de Cartier. Watches are well represented with a rare Reverso example from the 1970s, his and hers mid 1960s Cartier London Tank watches, an early diamond and onyx cocktail watch and a selection of highly sought after 1970s watches. Of particular note is a 1930 French made, London sold Art Deco rock crystal barometer made in the style of the famed Mystery Clocks.
