Note: Wing G2219, as usual four un-numbered pages inserted between p. 402-403, and no p 433-34 as usual. An early issue with the dedication leaf to William Seymour, Earl of Hertford, removed (as the EEBO copy 1358:27). With the Restoration in 1660 Seymour was restored to all his former positions and the dedication leaf was bound in.
