First edition, folio, engraved coats-of-arms in the text, 57 double page engraved views, title printed in red and black and with engraved coat-of-arms, contemporary calf gilt with the Bridgeman family arms, rebacked, edges worn, bookplate removed from reverse of title, closed tear to centre fold of plate 1 [no loss], bookplate

Note: A tall clean copy with good dark impressions of Slezer's pioneering work of Scottish views. There is no plate numbered 16 but two plates numbered 17, also no plate 55 but two plates numbered 57.
