An album of 48 watercolour, pencil and ink sketches entitled Sketches in Scotland, 1854, ink inscription in front blank, "Sarah Sherwood Clarke 1854", majority captioned in image, including Old Town, Edinburgh; Holyrood Palace; Rosslyn Chapel; The Bull Stone, Loch Lomond; Urquhart Castle; Fall of Foyers, Ben Nevis; Ben Arthur, Tarbet; Loch Katrine; Oban; Stonebyres, River Clyde, various sizes from 14 by 23cm [rectangular] to 15cm diameter [circular], full burgandy morocco gilt, some rubbing to edges
