Drift. Eric Partridge, Ltd., 1930. First edition, first impression of the author's first novel, one of 500 copies, this copy inscribed by the author ‘Yours sincerely James Hanley’ on the front free endpaper, edges spotted;
Boy. London: Boriswood Limited, 1931. First edition, first impression of the author's second novel, subsequently banned;
Resurrexit Dominus. Privately printed, 1934. First edition, one of 99 copies printed on English hand-made paper, numbered and signed by the author, for issue to subscribers, original japon, top edge gilt, others untrimmed;
Stoker Haslett. Joiner and Steele Ltd [printed at the Alcuin Press, Chipping Campden], 1932. First edition, one of 350 copies signed by the author;
At Bay. London: Grayson & Grayson, 1935. First edition, one of 285 copies signed by the author, with the dust jacket;
