Third edition (Teerink's ‘B' edition), 2 volumes in 1, 8vo (18.8 x 11.4cm), viii [4] 148, [6] 149-310; [6] 154, [8] 155-353 pp, A-K8 L3 M-X8 Y1; A3 B-K8 L5 M-2A8, engraved portrait frontispiece (in second state, and with vertical chain-lines), 6 engraved maps and plans, title-page to volume 2 supplied from the second ('AA') edition, c.1900 calf, red morocco labels, compartments and covers ruled in blind, all edges gilt, toning, occasional light spotting, general title-page with old repair to corner, one map frayed in lower margin, housed in a custom blue cloth solander box [Teerink 291]
