... 1st edition, 2 volumes, with D11 & 12 in vol. 1 and B2 in vol. 2 cancels, contemporary polished calf, inner gilt dentelles, a.e.g., by Worsfold, spines and joints rubbed, lacking half-titles, but with the erratum leaf H8 in vol. 1, 12mo., London: Longman, Hurst, Rees and Orme, 1807 [2]
Note: Healey 19 This copy has a clear period after "SONNETS" on p. [103] and line 15 of p. 98 in vol. 2 reads "Thy function" as distinct from "Thy fnuction."
Much of Wordsworth's most memorable verse is here printed for the first time. The volumes include 'Ode to Duty' , 'Westminster Bridge', 'To a skylark', 'My heart leaps up when I behold', and 'I wandered lonely as a cloud'.
