(converted to lamp) with gilt vase finial over damed cover, deep blue and gilt jewelled frieze enclosing opposed painted friezes of ladies with attendant cherubs, signed 'Howan', gilt angular handles, on large circular plint with narrow neck and opposed oval cherub panels, blue beehive mark (finial rubbed, base with chipping at join to main body)
