with gilt hilt inset with royal cipher for George V, etched single edged blade, the wooden grip bound in snake skin, bound with a double twist of brass wire with its original sword knot, in a leather field service scabbard and an outer carrying case 83cm long; and a Scottish Infantry officer's cross hilted broad sword, double edged blade engraved with thistles and royal cipher for Edward VII, fish skin grip bound with a single twist of silver wire, contained in its leather field service scabbard, 83cm long (2)
