Note: Anthony Nichol, baptised 22 April 1783 at Gateshead, Durham. He married 26th August 1805 at Kirklinton, Cumberland, Miss Elizabeth Latimer, sister of Edward Latimer. They were first settled Gateshead, then in Scotland but by 1837 he was a proprietor of Newcastle Broad and Crown Glass Co. In 1851 he was widowed and living at 5 Jesmond High Terrace, St Andrews, Newcastle upon Tyne. He served as JP, Sheriff and in 1857 was mayor of Newcatle upon Tyne. He appears to have died in 1865, leaving several children.
Edward Latimer was baptised November 1775 at Kirklinton, Cumberland. He was made a Freeman of City of Oxford in 1798 and married in 1799, Miss Elizabeth Jones, niece and heiress of Miss Mary Jones of Headington House, Oxford. Edward was a Wine Merchant and leading citizen of Oxford, He died in 1845 having had 15 children.
