of sarcophagus form, the cover carved with a possibly earlier panel depicting Bacchanalian cherubs within a relief carved border of acanthus enclosing a wooden sleeve with compartmented divisions, the front panel carved with cavorting cherubs with cherub mask caryatids to each corner, the sides carved with lion masks, on a gadrooned plinth base
