Note:
A superb example of a complete Arkilla Jenngo, traditionally produced by Songhay-speaking weavers using a double-heddle backstrap loom. This a luxury item among the semi-nomadic peoples of the Sahel, intended for use as a tent-divider or marriage-bed curtain and woven on commission.
