Dominic is the newest member of our Edinburgh team, joining our Rare Books, Manuscripts & Maps department. Following graduation from the University of Oxford with a BA in Arabic, Dominic began his career working with rare books in 2014.
After working for a leading antiquarian bookseller in London, he then moved to working as a specialist in rare books at auction houses across the UK. He has handled libraries in fields including travel and natural history.
Dominic will be covering for Assistant Head of Department Cathy Marsden during her maternity leave, looking after all aspects of our regular specialist Rare Books, Manuscripts, Maps & Photographs auctions. He will be the main point of contact in the department for any queries either about buying and selling at auction.
