Enthusiastic about art & antiques? We are currently seeking Casual, Viewing Assistants to join our team in London.

We are currently seeking art/antique enthusiasts to join our team as Casual, Viewing Assistants with our Asian Art Department in London.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, helping set up the gallery for viewings, keeping small object organised and labelled accurately, ensure display cabinets are maintained, helping assist members of the public with viewing and assisting the art specialists where required. We are also looking for Chinese speaking telephone bidders to assist clients on sale day.

You will have strong organisational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail and you will be able to work well under pressure. You will be presentable, courteous and professional. Have excellent communication and interaction skills. You will have good timekeeping and be able to work on your own as well as part of a team. For this department, it is particularly helpful if viewing assists speak Mandarin.
