Scottish Paintings Auction Review
Our final auction of the year, Scottish Paintings & Sculpture, took place on the chilly evening of 7th December in Edinburgh. Clients enjoyed warming glasses of red wine, as some serious bidding got underway in the room, on the phone and from international bidders online. Harrington Mann’s Girl’s Head had captured hearts and imaginations, during viewing in Edinburgh, inspiring lots of bidding on the day. This translated to a strong price of £11,875, against an estimate of £3,000-5,000.
