The forthcoming auction is fully illustrated online ahead of the sale. Additional images and condition report information is also available online (just sign in/ register).
If you are interested in a lot(s) from any forthcoming sale you can request condition reports via our website. If you would like to speak to a specialist about a particular lot, or require additional images/videos, our team are available via Wechat, email, telephone or video call.

All potential buyers must register prior to placing a bid.
Please note that bidders at Lyon & Turnbull will be asked to supply the following documents in order to facilitate registration:
1 – Government issued photo ID (Passport/Driving licence)
2 – Proof of address (utility bill/bank statement).
By registering for the sale, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted our Conditions of Sale.
Bidding levels in the forthcoming Asian & Islamic Works of Art auction will be capped. Clients who are looking to spend over £20,000 hammer may be requested by Lyon & Turnbull to submit a Bid Limit Request application and deliver to Lyon & Turnbull a deposit.

Bid by telephone - our clerk will call you on the auction day, just before your lot(s) come up, and bid on your behalf live at the auction when instructed to do so. If you would like to bid by telephone please contact our team prior to the auction with your details of the lots you are interested in and your full name, mailing address, telephone number(s) and email.
Individual lots can be viewed by appointment in Edinburgh.

Responsibility for packing, shipping and insurance shall be exclusively that of the purchaser. Purchase collection - from our Edinburgh venue at 33 Broughton Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3RR - is by appointment. Please call 0131 557 8844 to book.
Please ensure payment has been made prior to collection. This can be done online, cheque, bank transfer or in person in our Edinburgh branch - see invoice for details. Please note we are unable to accept cash or payments over the phone.

Payment is due within seven (7) days of the sale. Lots purchased will not be released until full payment has been received. Payment may be made by the following methods:
Account details are included on any invoices we issue or upon request from our accounts department.
Payment can be made by Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Credit or Union Pay cards. We do not accept card payments by phone. Please use our online payment service (provided by Opayo). You will find a link to this service in the email invoice issued after the sale or you can visit the payments section of our website.
No cash payments will be accepted for this auction.
