Note: Meryl Watts was born in 1910 and lived for most of her life at 13, St Germans Place, Blackheath, London. She attended Blackheath School of Art where she studied under John Edgar Platt, Charles Paine, James Woodford RA, William Clause and Reginald Brill. Watts work was exhibited at the Royal Academy and the British Council.
