清光緒 德化白瓷螭龍茶壺
the cylindrical body adorned with a tied ribbon, flanked by chi dragons in high relief to each sides, one with all four paws clinging on the container and snarling out as spout, one coiling from top to bottom forming a looped handle, the lid further decorated with a looped chi dragon as finial, with a circular wooden stand
Provenance: Private English collection, Brighton, acquired from Wing Kei Curios & Porcelain, Hong Kong (永基古玩瓷器)on 1st October, 1986, with an original receipt stated the piece dated to the Qing dynasty, Guangxu period, 1875-1908
